But also of the States that allow to the fishing and the sale of this fish, as it is the case of many countries of the European Union. A brought back to consciousness civil society and jeopardizes would have to collaborate in the sensitization of consumers, so that they assume as hers the responsibility to adapt his model of consumption more to the nature than to the whim of the publicity. This would force the chains of supermarkets to waste less fishing. If that demand falls, the situation of the marine ecosystems would be alleviated in certain way and the land for more ingrained fishing practices to the nature would be prepared. By means of Code of Conduct for Pesca Responsible for 1995, the FAO has tried to protect fishing artisan, that supposes a 25% of world-wide the total fishing, that contributes to more than half of the human consumption of fish anywhere in the world and that it uses to 90% of the fishermen at global level, according to recent data of the Program of United Nations for Medioambiente (PNUMA). In addition, by each artisan fisherman they are generated between one and three additional uses. On the other hand, the UN has tried to protect the marine ecosystems of the fishing disturbed by means of the Agreement of Populations of Fish. But by many efforts that can make the organisms international, the paper of S-states fundamental in the questions related to the protection of the environment and the most vulnerable population.
The States will have to guarantee the international organisms, while the local governments apply the Law. This way the overfishing not only of the great foreign boats, but also of managed an artisan and bad disorderly fishing could be avoided that can take to the exhaustion of the marine resources.
